Horton Hears A Who!

Have you ever read the book or seen the movie, Horton Hears A Who?

A short synopsis for those who haven't... An elephant heard someone calling for help on a speck of dust that floated by his ear. He makes every effort to save the speck. The famous line from the movie is, "A person's a person, no matter how small. Horton faces a lot of criticism for thinking there are people that small, but he insists that they are there, and ends up saving the speck from total disaster, thus saving their tiny world.

When I saw this pic below, I was reminded of that quote. Even though it appears our world is so big and great, we are all tiny beings floating around on this little tiny little speck. How can you not look at this picture and just be reminded how infinitesimal we are. The next time you get too prideful or "too big for your britches" as my granny would say... come back here and look at this. It kind of puts our big huge problems into perspective.
