This is a page from my running journal. I started this page right at the end of July when I got my new running shoes. It helps me to keep track of my pace, mileage, and rest days. A lot of people have asked me about how to get started running. Journaling your progress is a good visual way to see how good you're doing. When I look at this page and I see what I have done, it gives me all the more motivation to keep it up. Every time I write it in it I think about my students at school putting up their stickers for making 100's on their A.R. tests.... This is like my own little page of stickers!
