R&R Weekend

This weekend I went out of town for some much needed rest and relaxation!!! With the exception of a 16 mile run yesterday morning, I did just that. It was a little chilly with the wind off the ocean, but the sand and salt more than made up for the chilliness. I was visiting the Hunting Island State Park down in Beaufort. It was such a cool place to go. I highly recommend a visit! In true Jedlike fashion, I had to pose for a few pics. Enjoy!
