As a kid, I watched cartoons and went to Maudie's.
As a teenager, competed with the band!
As a college student, I ministered on NGC Impact Teams.
As a an adult, I sleep in and get stuff done that I have put off all week, or I put it off 'til the next week.

I agree..I love Saturdays too. It's the only day I can sleep in past 6:30 and get some housecleaning done. Today I finally got out some of my fall decorations. It finally feels like fall.
we're down in columbia with jim's family - jim and his daddy are at the carolina game and i'm hanging out with his mama... staying warm and cozy, watching the game on espn

Yesterday I was traveling from Ghana to the Ivory Coast and then from there back home to Niger. But within 30 minutes of being back in Niger I was on the softball field at the American Rec. Center in Niamey. I pitched the whole game! Then after that I played volleyball and then I swam.
The kicker here is that this is a very 'out of the ordinary' Saturday for me. Many of mine are spent in the bush... those Saturday's can hold long stories... I'll save that for my blog.
