Do Birds Really Fly or Do They Just Fall With Style???

That is a random question that is in my head right now... I am sitting here in the 2nd day of computer training for my district.... My belly is full, my head is overwhelmed and those random questions that keep arriving are keeping me from falling into a comatose state..... I am learning a whole bunch about how to use a Promethean Board... but good grief I am sleepy.. We are on a break now and typing the blog is keeping me from falling over... PRAY!

you poor, poor boy! I just came in from the pool and will get ready for VBS. I'm glad you're learning a lot about the Promethean Bd. I'll need lots of help next year!! Here's another question to consider next time you're bored: Why do doors on the stalls in public restrooms open inward? Isn't that a problem for very large people--and pregnant women?

I can tell you another thing that birds do, they sit in the middle of the road until you're almost upon them and then decide to fly off. I have hit a couple of unusually slow fliers, recently.

Yes- to Melissa's question about inward opening doors in public restrooms. As a beautiful, sexy woman of large proportion, it does create a problem. Another problem is, larger people having to walk through a crowded restaurant to a table. I am forever sliding my rear across the back of some poor, unsuspecting person's chair. I usually apologize and explain that my rather large backside is bigger than the space provided.

I'll bet you're awake now, Jed!!

Hey Jed!
In answer to your question; birds really do fly. How do they get airborne to begin their stylish fall? Do they fall from the earth to the sky with spontaneous gravity defiance, or perhaps by thinking happy bird thoughts? Then only to fall gracefully back to earth to repeat the cycle?
Hmmmmmmmmm......
O.K. So now that I've burst your bubble by confusing your issue with fact, maybe you could ponder this:
How long would it take a one legged grasshopper to kick all the seeds off of a dill pickle?

Let me know the answer when you figger it out!

I hope the training has declined in the "sleepy factor"! I am getting ready with my smallest boy to go join Melissa at the pool, because my Medicaid is complete at last!
I know you are getting ready for a trip and I look forward to your "Notes from the Road".
As for random thoughts, this is the one that plagues me...Mosquitos...why? (My 11 year old has that on his list of questions for God.)
Blessings,
