#2-I don't watch Survivor anymore. After Preston, I had to give up some t.v.
#3-Drink Throat Coat. It's an herbal tea that actually tastes good and helps.
#5-I don't have an answer for that one. I'm actually struggling to hold my eyes open right now.
#8-I think you should share your hobby. Please? I need reading material.
#9-I have to read late at night (or weekends) at home. Because I work for a quasi-county government agency, we can't access a lot of things from work (because if I could, I would - on my lunch hour of course).
#10-I think I need to go to bed so I can function tomorrow. That's about as deep as I can get for now ;)

Boil water, ginger root, garlic and then add some honey while it has cooled off a bit.

Why to cats sing outside my bedroom window at 4 in the night ???
Honey-whiskey and lemon for a cold, sore throat and cough. It really does work. My Mom use to give it to us when we were younger for the "croup" and Daddy would always stand in the back of the line and fake cough!
As you know I'm an insomniac and stress makes it worse. I have a nature sounds machine and it relaxes me along with happy thoughts.
Multi-tasking can make the sleeplessness worse. Try to cut down on your daily to-do list and spread it out more.
Loving suggestions from you friend who has been there and done that so many times in her life.
I usually read during lunch of after school. What is the new hobby?? I got mail from you. :)

What in the world is going on with you on Saturday? That is unheard of to have so many things going on in one day. Saturday's are suppose to be for those "me"days and things to do. Well, good luck and I hope you get everything done that you are suppose to do. Be careful this weekend!!! AR
